Delivery

We will deliver the Blinds to the address noted on the Order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any delivery date or time specified by us on any order or otherwise is a best estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that time given because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Standard delivery 2 business days,

We have partnered with DX to provide you with seamless delivery of your window blinds.

Once your order we will provide you with and estimated delivery date and tracking information for your blinds.

Please Note: That items must be checked for damage when accepted delivery – any damage must be reported to the courier and we notified within 12 hours of receipt of blinds.

 Replacements will not be given for items not signed for as damaged or not reported to us within 12 hours of receipt.

You will be informed in advance of delivery – any failed delivery attempts will incur an additional £12.00 charge.
